What we collect. When you submit a request, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name and email address, an optional first name and zodiac sign used as creative motifs, your selected focus, and the description you write. We also record your age, safety, AI-processing, and optional marketing choices; a country code supplied by our host; and limited attribution details such as campaign tags and an advertising click ID. Payments are processed by ClickBank; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
How we use it. We use request information to validate the order, prepare and deliver the digital product, provide support and refunds, prevent unsafe or abusive requests, and measure whether an advertisement led to a request or sale. Transactional delivery is separate from marketing. We send promotional email only when you make the optional marketing choice, and every marketing email provides an unsubscribe method.
AI-assisted preparation. Lady Seraphine is the editorial persona of a creative studio. The text you submit may be sent to our configured AI model provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) to help prepare your personalized reflection. Automated safety checks may hold a request instead of producing a deliverable. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.
Service providers. We use ClickBank for retail payment and order management; Cloudflare for hosting and private data storage; Brevo for transactional delivery and, only with consent, marketing email; OpenAI or Anthropic for AI-assisted personalization; and MGID for limited advertising attribution when an MGID click ID is present. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell or rent the contents of your request for another company's marketing.
Retention and deletion. Request and working order records in our fulfillment store expire after no more than 180 days. A pre-checkout email without marketing consent expires after 30 days. A consented marketing record expires after no more than 24 months of inactivity unless you unsubscribe sooner. ClickBank and other providers may retain transaction records for their own legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we control; we will retain only what is legally required.
Browser storage and attribution. This site uses local browser storage to carry your email, consent choice, and limited campaign attribution between funnel steps. When a recognized MGID click ID is present, a server-side event may be returned to MGID after a request or sale. We do not place a claim here about settings controlled by ClickBank on its checkout pages.
Your rights. Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of marketing. Email support@ladyseraphine.com to exercise any of these rights.
